Jacobs Engineering Group will provide construction, engineering and inspection services over a three-year period for the Texas Department of Transportation’s US 75/President George Bush Turnpike interchange improvements project in Collin County.
The company said Tuesday it will support the improvement of two direct connectors, construction of new auxiliary lanes, extension of the railroad bridge and some demolition and reconstruction work.
Jacobs Group Vice President Randy Pierce noted that the project works to facilitate traveler safety and mobility.
The company plans to implement nighttime lane closures and maintain an active railroad line during the course of the project.
