IBMÂ has teamed up with the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center to facilitate the sharing of cyber threat data between industries and organizations.
IBM will provide access to the company’s X-Force Exchange cyber threat research and analysis to FS-ISAC members, IBM said Monday.
The company will also work to integrate the Soltra Edge threat intelligence sharing tool into the user’s cybersecurity tools in order to help them analyze and respond to threats.
“Defending against today’s cyber threats and attacks takes the collaboration of many industries working together,” said Mark Clancy, CEO of Soltra.
“We see Soltra Edge as a pivotal part of a community’s defense efforts and IBM’s support will help activate these defenses across a broader community of firms in multiple sectors,†Clancy added.
IBM will also assist in the development of cyber threat intelligence standards as a sponsor of the OASIS Cyber Threat Intelligence Technical Committee.
