Neel Mehta
Todd Bisang is the chief financial officer at Dell‘s federal systems business and oversees financial operations and performance of the unit.
The more than 15 year company veteran has also served in multiple finance positions within the software, manufacturing, corporate finance and sales organizations.
Dell credits Bisang with helping to integrate AppAssure Software, Boomi and Ocarina Networks into the computer technology firm’s software business.
Bisang has also worked for the U.S. Navy over the past 25 years and is currently Naval Reserve captain as well as chief staff officer of 506 reserve unit within the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command.
He holds both a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University.
