James Norcross
James Norcross

James Norcross serves as vice president for IBM’s defense and intelligence business, with responsibility for the company’s portfolio in the Defense Department and intelligence organization community.

He previously served as a partner with IBM’s global business services segment, where he was responsible for the U.S. Navy account.

Norcross was also IBM’s operations lead for the public sector supply chain practice.

His roles prior to IBM have included a director role at Ventera Corp., a manager position at PwC and manager at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting.

Norcross is also a former contract specialist for the Naval Air Systems Command and Pioneer UAV programs.

He holds a master’s degree in national resource strategy from the National Defense University’s Industrial College of the Armed Forces/Eisenhower School, a bachelor’s degree in communication from James Madison University and a master’s degree from Duke University.
