The Defense Finance and Accounting Service has issued a notice that calls on potential industry sources with the interest and capability to provide human capital consulting services.
In a notice posted Monday on FedBizOpps, DFAS said it aims to determine the availability of qualified service providers in support of market research and program planning efforts.
Requirements for a potential contract include scenario planning and predictive workforce planning modeling capabilities and support for human capital strategic plan development.
Responses to the notice are due Oct. 19.
