A patch management offering from Shavlik is now available to public sector agencies through Carahsoft’s General Services Administration schedule.
As a master government aggregator, Carahsoft will provide marketing and sales support to Shavlik in order to draw public sector demand for Shavlik’s products, Carahsoft said Monday.
Will Jones, vice president of virtualization solutions at Carahsoft, said the partnership aims to offer government customers and partners a service that is designed to help ensure critical patch for an organization’s physical, virtual and offline machines.
Shavlik works to update a government organization’s computer systems and provide security fixes.
