Iron Mountain and QuadraMed have partnered to develop an enterprise master person index tool to help clients remove duplicate and fragmented patient data records.
Iron Mountain will combine its information governance services with QuadraMed’s EMPI technology, search algorithms and workflow processes for health organizations to move archival records off-site, Iron Mountain said Tuesday.
“Through improved data integrity and availability of information, EMPI solutions provide the foundation for efficient operations and optimal patient safety,†said Vicki Wheatley, an executive vice president at QuadraMed.
The company intends for the partnership to help healthcare organizations fulfill regulatory standards and brace for population health analytics programs.
