Kim Rupert is the senior vice president for contracts and pricing at Science Applications International Corp., where she is in charge of enterprise compliance to relevant federal regulations and business systems.
As part of her role, she also serves as the company’s liaison with acquisition and contracting leaders in the industry and government.
She has worked at SAIC for 20 years and has held contracting positions within the intelligence and corporate business units.
Rupert joined the company through its acquisition of IDEASÂ in 1994.
She previously worked at QinetiQ North America and was chair of the Aerospace Industries Association’s procurement and finance executive committee.
Rupert, who is a Certified Professional Contract Manager, is currently a member of the National Contract Management Association’s board of directors.
She holds a master’s certificate in government contracting from George Washington University and a business administration master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University.
