The U.S. Navy has awarded CACI International a 20-month, $63.5 million contract to support the Naval Air Warfare Center’s research and development work on C4I (command, control, computers, communications, intelligence) technologies.
CACI said Monday it will help NAWCAD design, produce and install rapid reaction aerial vehicle C4I systems for the Navy and Marine Corps.
“This work… continues CACI’s legacy of support in developing new technology to quickly and securely deliver vital information that safeguards our troops and gives them a decisive edge,” said Ken Asbury, president and CEO of CACI.
The company will also provide certification, testing and maintenance services to the center.
