BMC has updated its digital service compliance and enterprise security offering in an effort to help customers shorten the response time to vulnerabilities.
The BladeLogic 8.7 Intelligent Compliance and SecOps service incorporates new features such as native integration with the Nessus vulnerability scanning technology, new policy compliance content and new Docker container scanning support, BMC said Tuesday.
Bill Berutti, president of the cloud, data center and performance businesses at BMC, said the updated offering is intended to help companies “understand and eradicate security vulnerabilities without compromising overall performance or availability.”
The company also intends for BladeLogic’s new updates to assist companies in regulatory compliance activities across the full lifecycle of their digital service.
