Tetra Tech has secured a five-year, $49 million contract to support the U.S. Agency for International Development in its efforts to promote biodiversity programs and protect marine ecosystems in West Africa.
The company will work to collect data sets related to climate change and biodiversity for resource agencies to make informed decisions and craft sustainable practices based on the provided data, Tetra Tech said Tuesday.
Tetra Tech will also collaborate with community and regional groups to help improve policies on the management of marine ecosystems and other natural resources in the region.
