Neel Mehta
Marjorie Bailey is an executive vice president and the chief human resources officer at CACI International and brings more than 20 years of HR management experience to her position.
She oversees all aspects of the company’s employee and leadership development and talent management programs.
Bailey also held a similar role at the health and engineering business of Leidos, which she joined in 2001 when the company was known as Science Applications International Corp. and served as SAIC senior VP of human resources for 12 years.
She led the implementation of workforce strategic plans and talent management systems during the separation of SAIC into two independent companies.
Before SAIC, she worked in HR leadership positions at Troy Systems and Jacobs Engineering.
Bailey is a also a member of the Washington Women’s Leadership Initiative and the DC-Metro Senior Human Resources Executive Forum, as well as holds a strategic workforce planning certification from the Human Capital Institute.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Western Kentucky University.
