Neel Mehta
Lauren McGinley serves as vice president, general counsel, corporate secretary and chief ethics and compliance officer at Noblis.
She oversees corporate governance, tax compliance, litigation management, real estate, employment, intellectual property and other legal matters at the nonprofit science and technology organization.
Before she joined Noblis in 2012, McGinley spent more than four years at the business formerly known as EADS North America as associate general counsel and senior legal counsel.
She worked as an attorney at law firms such as Hogan & Hartson LLP, Jenner & Block LLP and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP.
McGinley holds a juris doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in economics and international studies.
