Executive Mosaic formally launched its operations in the Philippines Tuesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held at Bonifacio Global City in Metro Manila.
Jim Garrettson, president and founder of Executive Mosaic, presided over the event attended by local staff with a speech that outlined the Tysons Corner, Virginia-based company’s start in the country and intentions for growth.
Executive Mosaic first tapped into the Philippine workforce in 2011 to help run the company’s online event management and media properties.
Garrettson said the Manila team has grown in size and breadth to become a key component of Executive Mosaic’s mission to be the government contracting industry’s top executive networking organization and a trusted news source for GovCon decision makers.
The Manila center contains technical professionals, creative and administrative support personnel and a media and research team that runs on two shifts in strategic overlap with U.S. operations.
“This new operation center will allow us to better serve our clients and the government contracting marketplace,†Garrettson said.
“This is a natural progression of our current business and we fully anticipate further expansion in the future.”
Garrettson also announced at the ceremony a refresh of the company-owned Potomac Officers Club’s website led by Glenn Ocay, technical director at Executive Mosaic.
The redesigned POC site looks to refresh the customer experience through the inclusion of a seamless interface with the company’s enterprise data and salesforce.com platform.
