Engility Holdings has inked a memorandum of agreement with the International Council on Systems Engineering to encourage Engility’s engineering workforce to secure systems engineering professional certifications from INCOSE.

Engility said Thursday individuals that intend to secure an INCOSE SEP certification need to undergo an evaluation process to test their proficiency in systems engineering.

Tony Smeraglinolo, president and CEO of Engility and an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 list for 2015, said the agreement reflects the company’s efforts to further develop its systems engineering workforce to better address its clients’ needs.

Engility will continue to serve as a member of INCOSE’s advisory board under the agreement.
