Eileen Rivera Named Harris Senior Marketing Executive

Eileen Rivera, formerly vice president of global marketing and communications for healthcare services at Harris Corp., has been appointed global marketing and communications executive of the company.

She was most recently responsible for Harris’ marketing and branding programs meant to promote the company’s commercial healthcare services in the U.S. and worldwide.

Rivera previously served as president of Cassidy Rivera Communications, VP of marketing and communications at Cognosante, VP of communications and investor relations at Vangent, director of public relations at Hewlett-Packard and senior account executive at Hill & Knowlton.

Prior to joining the private sector, she was director of press and public affairs for the Peace Corps, assistant administrator and director of international trade for the Small Business Administration and special assistant for U.S. and foreign commercial service within the International Trade Administration of the Commerce Department.
