CGI has secured a five-year contract to assist Connect for Health Colorado in its efforts to further expand call center operations.
CGI said Wednesday it will also help the Colorado-based health insurance marketplace develop an online site for health plan brokers and provide systems upgrade and maintenance services under the expanded contract.
“A more efficient and effective call center will reduce wait times and improve customer service for Coloradans who need help with enrollment or have questions about health plans,†said Kevin Patterson, interim CEO at Connect for Health Colorado.
The information technology consulting firm will use its Atlas360 digital transformation tool to help the insurance marketplace revamp its service locations, lessen call volumes and deploy workforce management systems.
