Ashay Dalvi, formerly assistant corporate controller at Parsons, has been promoted to vice president and corporate controller at the engineering and construction company.
Parsons said Monday Dalvi succeeded Rick Henderson on July 23 as the latter transitions into a new role of senior VP and finance director for the Middle East Africa region.
Dalvi has been with Parsons for three years and helped manage the company’s financial reporting operations.
He is also a member of the 14-member Leadership Council, which crafts growth strategies for all Parsons’ business units.
The certified public accountant spent more than a decade at PwCÂ before he moved to Parsons in 2012.
The American Institute of CPAs member graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
