The U.S. Air Force is seeking bids on a small business set-aside contract covering services for the management of a program to prevent, detect and respond to insider threats.
The contract will have a firm-fixed-price structure and calls for a vendor to help the military service develop an insider threat implementation plan as well as create progress tracking metrics, USAF said in a solicitation notice published Tuesday.
The vendor will also help facilitate meetings of an insider threat working group at the branch.
The military service also seeks assistance to establish an integrated hub for addressing insider threats.
USAF said the facility will be built to collect and analyze counterintelligence, human resources, medical, disciplinary and criminal records to identify potential insider threat actors.
