Acumen Solutions has launched a new platform designed to help government agencies manage customer correspondence in print, on mobile and online.
The Correspondence Management-a Salesforce Fullforce Solution for Government works to automatically route citizen service requests to the applicable lines of business, Acumen said July 31.
“Public sector organizations spend countless hours managing important correspondence with their constituents within government and with citizens,†said Jay Tansing, managing director of Acumen’s public sector.
Kori O’Brien, vice president of global alliances and industry solutions at Salesforce.com, said the company partnered with Acumen to also help companies connect with government clients with Salesforce technology.
Salesforce offers go-to-market support, guidance and executive sponsorship to other companies through its partner program.
