TeleCommunication Systems has secured a potential $11.3 million contract to provide maintenance and technical support services for the Maryland Department of Human Resources’ information technology infrastructure.
TCS said Friday the contract has a three-year base period and two option years and has been awarded under Maryland’s Consulting and Technical Services+ indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
Under the CATS+ contract, Maryland agencies can award task orders for software engineering, IT consulting, geographical information platform, data system security and other technical support services.
Michael Bristol, president of government solutions group at TCS, said the company will work with Serigor, Realistic Computing and BITHGROUP Technologies on the project.
