Parsons’ David Sikorski Joins IPFA US Branch Council; Dean Harwood Comments

David Sikorski, senior bid director for Parsons Enterprises, has joined the International Project Finance Association’s U.S. Branch Council as a member.

Sikorski’s three decades of industry experience includes work in delivering transportation projects with focus on public-private partnerships, design-build and program management, Parsons said Thursday.

“We congratulate David on his recent council designation,” said Dean Harwood, president of Parsons Enterprises.

“I strongly believe, with his expertise and leadership, he will be a great asset and contributor to IPFA’s ongoing success,” Harwood added.
