Parsons developed software components and algorithms for a Northrop Grumman-built integrated air and missile defense battle command system designed to destroy ballistic missiles.
Parsons said Monday the U.S. Army conducted an initial flight test of IBCS on May 28 at New Mexico-based White Sands Missile Range.
“Parsons is proud to be part of the team supporting the development of this strategic defense system,†said Mary Ann Hopkins, Parsons group president and inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 list for 2015.
“We will continue to provide the technical expertise necessary to ensure that our U.S. government customers meet the challenge of an evolving threat environment,” she added.
