The Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity will hold a conference on Aug. 25 to brief proposers for the nanoelectronics analysis program prior to solicitation.
IARPA said Wednesday the conference will take place in Washington, where companies participating in the program will seek to gain insight into the research problems and goals, and present their teaming proposals.
The RAVEN program is intended to acquire images from a 1 square-centimeter area of a 14-nanometer circuit in 25 days.
The program consists of three phases and IARPA plans to demonstrate the resolution and acquisition speed performance in a laboratory test bench.
