Mark Connel

Mark Connel serves as vice president of contracts, procurement and subcontracts at SRA International.

He has more than three decades of government contract management experience.

Connel oversees the negotiation and management of all contracts related to SRA’s information technology platforms and services and directs contract policy implementation and compliance with government regulations.

Prior to joining SRA in 2007, Connel spent nearly eight years at Science Applications International Corp. as senior vice president of administration and contracts director for the intelligence and security group.

He also worked at Boeing as contracts manager and director of contracts at Boeing Information Services for nearly two decades.

The member of the Federal Contract Management Professionals group graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in marketing management.

He also holds a master’s degree in accounting and finance from Seattle University and master of science degree in management information systems and services from Syracuse University.
