CACI International has won a contract from the U.S. Army to provide systems engineering services for the Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center’s Flight Activity unit.
The contract “broadens CACI’s reach into the [command, communications, control, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance] market,†Ken Asbury, CACI president and CEO and an inductee into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 list for 2015, said Tuesday.
John Mengucci, chief operating officer and president of U.S. operations at CACI, said the company will work to leverage its signals intelligence experience to help the military branch improve its “quick reaction capability†for its aerial-based C4ISR platforms.
