Robert Beauchamp, BMC Software chairman, president and CEO, has been elected to the board of directors of Raytheon.
“Bob’s extensive leadership experience and deep understanding of today’s digital technology markets strongly align with the business focal points of our board and our company,” Raytheon Chairman and CEO Thomas Kennedy said Friday.
Beauchamp has held the president and CEO roles at BMC over the past 14 years and has chaired the business management software company’s board of directors since 2008.
The 27-year BMC veteran is also an independent director at National Oilwell Varco and a member of the Baylor University’s board of regents.
