The U.S. Navy has awarded Assurance Technology a potential five-year, $24.7 million task order to provide systems development, integration support and technical services for the Space Systems Development Department as SSDD works to develop software definable systems.
Assurance Technology secured the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract through a competitive procurement process under the General Services Administration’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Small Business contract vehicle, the Defense Department said Thursday.
Ninety-three percent of work will occur in Washington, D.C., and the rest will be performed in Carlisle, Massachusetts, through July 13, 2020.
The Naval Research Laboratory is obligating $2,035,641 from the service branch’s fiscal 2015 funds at the time of award.
