Rolls-Royce has been awarded $224 million in contracts to develop and modify several types of engine parts the Defense Department supplies to U.S. military fleets and other air forces worldwide.
The company will perform logistics support, engineering, repairs and field services for the AE 2100, Adour and T56 engines, Rolls-Royce said Monday.
“We continue to grow our services business as we focus on meeting our customers’ needs and keeping their aircraft mission ready,†said Paul Craig, Rolls-Royce’s executive vice president for services.
