Raytheon and Computer Sciences Corp. have partnered to compete for a contract to maintain training aids, simulators and devices and provide logistics support for the U.S. Army.
The teaming agreement seeks to combine Raytheon’s systems integration, logistics and training management experience with CSC’s portfolio in maintenance and virtual system training operations, Raytheon said Wednesday.
Raytheon also collaborates with CSC in the Warrior Training Alliance.
Under WTA, Raytheon leads a group of at least 150 firms that works to provide training support services for the military branch and allied forces as part of the Warfighter Field Operations Customer Support contract.
