Stan Sword has been named chief people officer at data center provider QTS Realty Trust.
“Stan will focus on recruiting and retaining quality employees, while being a steward of QTS’ core values and maintaining our company culture,” QTS CEO Chad Williams said Friday.
Prior to QTS, Sword served as vice president of total rewards and relationship management at Sprint for six years.
He has more than two decades of experience in human resource management and held leadership roles at AT&T Solutions, Cerner and Applebee’s International.
Sword serves on the board of Reveal Ministries and graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
