LexisNexis Special Services Inc. has received a James S. Cogswell industrial security award for the company’s security program at its facility.
The Defense Security Service handed the award to LexisNexis during the National Classification Management Society 2015 conference, LexisNexis said Wednesday.
“We are proud to serve the defense community and honored that our facility is being recognized as one that exceeds security baselines,†said Haywood Talcove, CEO of LNSSI.
One criterion of the award is the establishment of a security program in a facility that meets National Industrial Security Program requirements and guides other cleared facilities in the maintenance of security standards.
