Booz Allen Hamilton will combine its predictive threat intelligence consulting services with Trend Micro‘s collected threat intelligence to provide an integrated cybersecurity offering.
The companies said Monday the strategic partnership will work to provide security operations services, including “hunting” of advanced persistent threats, malware analysis and security operations center support.
“Today’s cyber adversaries are more sophisticated and aggressive than ever,” said Tom Kellermann, chief cybersecurity officer at Trend Micro.
“This new reality demands collaboration among industry thought leaders to stave off the onslaught of threats, ranging from intellectual property to sensitive personnel information.”
Brad Medairy, a senior vice president at Booz Allen, added that the partnership aims to provide actionable threat intelligence and tools to decision-makers to bolster cyber “tradecraft” and meet the privacy and security needs of customers.
