Accenture‘s federal services subsidiary and MicroPact have expanded their partnership on the implementation of the latter’s entellitrak case management offering at Accenture’s federal agency clients.
Accenture said Monday it will continue to deploy the entellitrak development platform to support case and process management functions for health, financial and civilian agency programs.
Vanessa Godshalk, a managing director at Accenture Federal Services, said the partnership aims to help with agency performance and citizen services.
“Traditional task orders, which are labor intensive, are giving way to projects with improved performance metrics, accelerated timelines and verifiable returns on investments,” added MicroPact CEOÂ Kris Collo.
Accenture’s ASM Research subsidiary will extend its five-year work with MicroPact under the implementation partnership agreement.
