Maximus and MicroPact have partnered to combine their technology and service offerings with the goal of helping customer agencies manage cases and business processes.

MicroPact said Thursday that Maximus agreed to leverage the integrated case and business process management platform entellitrak to support health, financial and civilian programs in the government sector.

Tom Romeo, president of Maximus’ federal services business, said the unit has used MicroPact’s technology over the past two years.

“The entellitrak platform helps Maximus enhance our process definition, stakeholder agreement and program deployment,” Romeo added.

Growson Edwards, chief customer officer at MicroPact, said the company has provided case management platforms to the departments of Defense, Agriculture, Veterans Affairs and the Treasury.
