Capgemini will serve as the multi-sourcing integrator for the Georgia Enterprise Technology Services program as part of a seven-year, $200 million agreement with the Georgia Technology Authority.
The company said Tuesday it will help GTA manage and integrate technology services from various providers by providing risk and security management, service desk, request management and billing support.
Greg Hyttenrauch, deputy CEO for Capgemini’s infrastructure services arm, said the company aims to meet growing demand for service integration as information technology infrastructure programs become more complex.
The company will deploy the Capgemini Service Integration platform to support GTA’s IT service delivery to the state’s government agencies, Capgemini said.
