Michael P. Kelliher serves as vice president for Department of Defense Enterprise Solutions at TAPE.
He oversees the company“™s accounts in research, development, test and evaluation, information technology, training, education and cybersecurity.
A retired colonel of the U.S. Army, Kelliher previously worked as a principal program analyst at JB&A Inc., where he was in charge of managing over $15 million worth of contracts with the U.S. Department of Justice.
During his 26-year tenure in the U.S. Army, he managed the military branch“™s $13 billion annual training program as assistant deputy director for training.
He also served as a Paladin battalion commander in Fort Carson, Colorado and senior fire support trainer at the Hofenhels, Germany-based Combat Maneuver Training Center.
Kelliher earned his master“™s degree in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College. He also holds a bachelor“™s degree in physical education from Norwich University and a master“™s degree in public administration from the University of Oklahoma.
