Serco has received recognition as the top employer in the business services category and in the Washington metropolitan area in Forbes Magazine’s list of America’s Best Employers for 2015.
The company said Thursday it is also No. 39 in the ranking of overall best employers out of 500 companies in this year’s list.
“On behalf of the 10,000 Serco employees, we are honored to be named on the Forbes list of America’s Best Employers,” said Dan Allen, Serco chairman and CEO and an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 for 2015.
“It is heartening to know that our focus on building a team that has passion for their work is being recognized.”
The annual Forbes list is based on a voluntary survey of at least 20,000 employees across companies with more than 2,500 workers.
