Phacil has received a task order contract from the U.S. Transportation Command to provide on-site enterprise information technology support for Transcom’s Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command.
The company said Wednesday the performance-based contract includes information assurance, content management, application development, system administration, network infrastructure engineering and other services.
Phacil added that contract work covers support for SDDC activities at locations in the U.S. and Germany.
“We are pleased to continue lending our support to TRANSCOM in their mission to provide full-spectrum global mobility solutions for their customers,” said Arman Afsar, vice president of operations at Phacil.
The company worked with Transcom under a previous contract in 2014, he said.
