Knowledge Consulting Group has appointed Matt Mitchell to lead its commercial security solutions division as the company works to expand its business in the commercial market.
The company said Monday the former director of risk assurance services will be in charge of KCG’s commercial cybersecurity, compliance and risk management portfolio.
KCG President Maryann Hirsch noted that Mitchell’s team will work with clients across the high-technology, oil and gas, healthcare, financial services and retail sectors.
Mitchell previously worked at Accenture, BearingPoint, Symantec, Neohapsis and Science Applications International Corp.
He is a certified information systems security professional.
