A business unit of General Dynamics will provide contact center support to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for at least 3,000 users of the web-based Vaccine Tracking System under a five-year, $4.6 million task order.
The company said Thursday its information technology business will deliver phone and email user support and customer service to VTrckS healthcare providers and awardees.
Work under the task order will also include technical support for users of the SAP-based system, which manages the vaccine supply chain and inventory.
General Dynamics said it will perform work in Phoenix, Arizona.
