Neel Mehta
Joe Kopfman serves as executive vice president of contracts and administration and chief compliance officer at American Systems.
He is responsible for the company’s ethics program, contracts, legal, purchasing, pricing, mergers and acquisition, security, facilities and general administration support departments.
Kopfman also serves on American Systems’ board of directors and sits as chairman of the firm’s ethics committee.
The three-decade government and commercial contracting veteran joined the company in 1978.
He is a member of the National Contracts Management Association’s executive advisory council.
Kopfman holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Radford University.
