Cisco has launched fresh threat intelligence and analysis offerings intended to help security professionals detect and fend off attacks.
The company added the AMP Threat Grid to its advanced malware protection portfolio to provide malware threat intelligence and analysis products both on-premise and in the cloud to clients, Cisco said April 7.
The product integrates technology from ThreatGRID, a company Cisco acquired in 2014.
AMP Threat Grid analytics engines are designed for security teams to detect a breach and remedy the situation, Cisco says.
The tool works to record and analyze file activity throughout the initial inspection process.
