Ciber has been tasked to administer the enterprise resource planning systems of the North Central Texas Council of Governments, a local government association formed to aid in resources coordination efforts.
The company will perform user help desk and technical network support, application administration, license management, and data center and hosting services on NCTCOG’s Infor ERP application, Ciber said Thursday.
Ciber CEO Michael Boustridge said the company would support the council’s effort to deliver shared services to local governments in Texas.
Ciber will handle in-scope applications, oversee patch installation and other maintenance, monitor the system and control the system’s security.
Vazata, a Ciber partner, will provide cloud-based hosting support services.
