Neel Mehta
Tom McCabe serves as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary at Orbital ATK, the company resulting from the merger of Orbital Sciences Corp. and ATK‘s aerospace and defense groups.
McCabe, a 20-year legal and operations management veteran, joined Orbital Sciences in January 2014 and holds responsibility over corporate legal matters, ethics, compliance and export functions.
He also worked in a similar role at Alion Sciences and Technology Corp., Braintech, Sirius XM Radio and GRC International.
McCabe led software company Cobis MicroBanx for four years as president and CEO, served as a Washington-based attorney in private practice for 10 years and clerked in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
McCabe holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Georgetown University and both master’s and juris doctorate degrees from the University of Notre Dame.
