Neel Mehta
Mike Walsh is the director for Defense Department operations at EMC Corp.‘s federal division and oversees a range of EMC products designed to help U.S. defense agencies manage information technology systems.
He leads a team of professionals who work with DoD to address the agency’s IT infrastructure, application and security management challenges through the use of technology.
The more than 20-year public sector market veteran directed NetApp‘s DoD business area prior to joining EMC in June 2013.
He also held positions at Symantec, Sun Microsystems and IBM and participates in forums and trade show events for the federal IT sector.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Massachusetts.
