Kevin Boyle serves as general counsel for Alion Science and Technology, where he supports corporate governance and ethics programs as well as the company’s strategic growth initiatives.
He joined the company in January 2014 after two years of work in a similar role at MCR.
Boyle oversaw the establishment of MCR’s first legal department and also served as general counsel at Vangent, where he helped sell the company to General Dynamics for approximately $1 billion.
He also became an assistant general counsel at General Dynamics after the company acquired Anteon International Corp. in June 2006.
He helped establish the first ethics and compliance training program at Anteon and played a key role in merger and acquisition transactions during his tenure there.
Before that, he managed legal departments at InterWorld and Avesta Technologies.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Yale University and a juris doctorate from Tulane University Law School.
