Carahsoft to Offer Paxata’s Data Preparation Platform in Gov’t Sector; Michael Shrader Comments

Carahsoft Technology Corp. will offer Paxata’s adaptive data preparation application and platform to government customers.

Paxata built the platform to automate and govern data integration and enrichment process functions, Paxata said Thursday.

Michael Shrader, vice president of intelligence and innovative solutions at Carahsoft, said Paxata sought to fill a technology gap between a data management system provided by Cloudera and data visualization system developed by Tableau.

“Our customers now have a modern business intelligence stack, and we are thrilled to have Paxata’s self-service data preparation in our emerging technology portfolio,” Shrader added.

Carahsoft joins In-Q-Tel within the Paxata partner program, which aims to meet the demand from state, local and federal government organizations for data preparation services.
