Cubic‘s global defense business has secured a $2.6 million supplemental contract to provide the Italian army with training services that work to deliver realistic combat scenarios.
The company said Monday it will integrate elements such as tanks, missiles, targets, terrain and simulation of chemical warfare to help bolster realism and efficiency in training.
“Cubic is proud to support the efforts of the Italian Army by delivering our next-generation training technologies to enable soldiers to rehearse combat skills and learn from their mistakes in an immersive, safe battlefield environment,” said Bill Toti, president of the Cubic global defense segment.
