Richard Goglia is set to retire from Raytheon  as vice president and treasurer on March 31 after 17 years of service to the company.
As a treasurer, Goglia has been responsible for Raytheon’s merger and acquisition team and the firm’s commercial aircraft finance unit, Raytheon said Tuesday.
He also served as chief investment officer for the company’s global retirement programs and recently joined the board of trustees for Natixis Funds and Loomis Sayles Funds.
Goglia held various roles at General Electric‘s domestic and international businesses for 16 years before he joined Raytheon.
Sanjay Chawla, formerly director of pension investments at Raytheon, has also been named VP of pension investments, reporting to Raytheon’s new VP and treasurer.
Chawla will oversee the performance, development, execution and implementation of investment strategies of the assets of Raytheon’s employee benefit plans.
He previously served as senior director of The Dow Chemical Co.’s global asset allocation and absolute return, and was the Canada Portfolio Investments’ chief information officer.
